Advertising Options for Independents

Argentina – Brazil -Chile – Paraguay – Peru – Uruguay

Every salesperson or real estate agency wants to reach more clients but struggles with the cost and the appropriate digital platforms.

They know or should know that to sell property promptly, you must price it correctly and market it to a target audience.

Ninety per cent of Agencies and Brokers contract this work out to third parties, who provide generic websites that target their local market in their local language. This made sense when the market was closed to foreign buyers, but now the world is interconnected. They have had three options up to now.

1. Use Mercadolibre, LinkedIn, Facebook and Google advertising options.

2. Produce their multilingual Website and market using the above platforms to market to wider audiences.

3. Join a branded Franchise and pay them to market their properties to other associated Franchises.

Now, we offer a different option where you keep control, and there are no upfront costs.

You can see who we are here.

How are we different?

We have operated in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay for nearly 20 years. Over that time, apart from selling real estate, we have sponsored the popular news site gtsanews.com

Our sites have extensive subscriber bases built up over that period segmented in different property classes and one of three languages: English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Why and how did GTSA change its focus in those two countries?

We have decided to use our marketing experience and skills to help others in the industry reach a wider audience in Argentina and Uruguay. Although we had licenced operations in both counties, we closed them down during the pandemic and will not be opening them again. Instead, we will work with brokers we trust to promote properties we think will appeal to a foreign market.
