  • Production:: The soils are of medium depth, and of the total area of 592 ha, around 500 ha are useful for tree planting. Flat land is around 400 ha, and 100 ha is easy rolling. The rest is native bush.
  • Homestead:: The farm has an owner house in regular condition placed in the highest part of the property, allowing to see much of the farm. Four employee houses, two warehouses, and an office are in regular condition.
  • Buildings:: Four sheds in regular condition with concrete floor to winter around 1600 cattle heads
  • Water:: There are some water storage pools. Leufucade river crosses the farm and there are several springs & creeks.
